the recipe to the pumpkin frozen yogurt:
(I improvised, so i didn't follow the recipe, i just used leftovers lol)
1 quaert fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt (i used half a container of vanilla greek yogurt and a little low-fat vanilla yogurt)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice (but like... who measures pumpkin pie spice?!)
I added a few sprinkles of cinnamon as well
you can add 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted, to yours.
Then pop in the freezer and eat when desired frozen yogurt consistency :)
