A quick catch up!
It's been a while. Like a long while. A lot has changed, including I graduated, moved out, and I am working full time as an intern at camp.
I've been there since August and have been enjoying life there so much! God has been in every aspect of my life, molding me and shaping me to make me more like him every day. I've learned so much and had so much mental clarity on things that its easy to see the ways God has been working at camp and in me.
The scenery, of course, is beautiful so I have plenty of pictures to share. This was the lake at about 8:20 am one fall morning, and the fog was truly picturesque.
This was the first welding project I got to do! Tim is a great teacher and went to school for welding so he definitely knows his stuff. I was super excited to try welding for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I look forward to it every time I do it! One of our biggest projects this autumn season was making a fully functional snow machine. Tim masterminded it last year using only science and spare plumbing parts and a little bit of experimentation. This year, we went a little more hardcore and used a fan, some old parts from carts and scrap metal, and lots of hoses. The result was insane. I can't wait to share more on that topic a bit later.
A more personal glimpse of life lately, I visited a vintage market yesterday near Howard, WI. It was one of the coolest shops I've been to! Unfortunately, having legitimate vintage ware, it was pricy and I only got one thing.
Which was these adorable brown corduroy pants with flare! I have wanted these pants for years so finding them in a cute style for $25 was a catch, at least for me.
